Gemini wandered the pack lands, she preferred to stay as far away from anybody as she could. But if she did come across somebody she wouldn't greet them with a happy wag of the tail. She was a loner, strong and loyal to her alpha. The onyx fae had just come across a new land, at least it was new to her. A river curved through the red rocks, swallowing the caves under neath its surface. Gemini neared the water and put one paw in the water. The river ran smoothly around her paw, but she knew it would be a danger if she hopped in so she pulled her paw from the water and lowered her muzzle to the water. She lapped some up before turning away from the water. An dangerous grin crawled onto her face and she noticed a coyote. This would be fun, she had a plan to figure out exactly how dangerous the water was. At the same time she didn't have to worry about throwing away prey, she was doing something good for the pack, and herself.

Her body lowered to the ground as she stalked forward and circled around to one side where she could lunge and scare it to the edge of the water. Once she got to the coyote and pounced, her plan worked perfectly. It sprinted towards the water, but stopped at the edge. It was cornered between the raging river and the red rocks. Gemini moved forward and snarled at the cornered coyote. It looked to the water then back to Gemini and gave a low bark before lunging at her. She had witnessed many coyotes before though and threw it to water. Right when it hit the water it started trying to fight the current. But soon it hit a rock in the water and got knocked out. Gemini grumbled glad to be able to play that small game with the coyote. It was dumb to come into Erenyx lands in the first place. She turned and went to a different part of the waters, where the water wasn't as threatening and just sat next to it. She was taking a break from her dark game.

Raymond's paws carried him from his den. His ears perked forward and he moved across the camp clearing and towards the area he had first met the only she-wolf he seemed to have an interest in. Maybe females weren't all that weak after all. He shrugged his heavy shoulders and let his deep green eyes wander through the territory. He breathed in a new and recent scent heading towards Shallow Bend. He shook his head and started walking through the area quickly. His ebony nose flared as he realized the scent he was following was of a she-wolf. He frowned but kept moving, entering the caves and following the scent until the she-wolf came into view. He stayed hidden from her sight as he watched her take on a stray coyote and make it fall into the raging water. He shook his head, coyotes were easy to take on. He sat still, watching as she smartly moved to a safe distance from the water before sitting down and seemingly enjoying her time alone. Hmm, interesting... what a fool. He straightened out, his ears perked forward and his tail wanting to curl in dominance but instead swung between his legs. He took several steps forward until he was in view of the she-wolf. He stood straight and tall, showing just how much more large he was then she.

"Who are you?" His voice held no emotions and his face was a blank slate, you couldn't tell anything from him. He stood quietly, near the raging water and away from the ebony she-wolf. He never let his guard down, ready for attack from her. He kept his deep green eyes upon the foolish fae. He snarled impatiently, waiting for her to answer quickly. If she wasn't apart of his pack, then he'd kill her. But if she was a fellow pack-mate, then he'd most likely try to poke fun at her or make her feel insulted. Answer me quickly you foolish fae! His thoughts screamed in his mind but his emotions were well hidden. There was no way to tell what he was thinking, not even his eyes betrayed him. He was a mysterious and blank slate that angered most wolf's he met. Of course, he had his reasons for following her there... but that was he didn't even know those reasons. Bored perhaps. Or maybe he was just following her so he could fight, he did need all the challenges he could get. But there were better things he could be doing. Or maybe he should be off and training himself once more. He sighed gently, green eyes searching the ebony she-wolf.

The fae caught scent of the male before she saw him, her ears flicked to listen as he approached but kept a safe distance. She narrowed her eyes at the wolf, she never had met him but she noticed how he stood taller to show his size. When he spoke, she pulled her lip back into a snarl and stood up. She didn't approach him, in case he took that as attack but instead spoke. "I am Gemini, hunter of Erenyx." She could tell the wolf was from Erenyx also and so she didn't attack, although she already felt anger fill inside her at the way he greeted her. Her scent held Erenyx and so she felt she could have been greeted with more respect. She gave a low, impatient growl as she waited for the wolf to respond. Whether it was quick or not, she didn't care. She already found that she had hated this wolf, he was most likely the same way as Teren. He probably thought females the weaker species. She didn't like Teren though. She followed him loyally and was willing to do what it takes to show herself not any weaker then a normal male.

Her eyes narrowed at the male in front of her, as she added, "I'm in no mood for a happy conversation male. So it is best that you do not waste any time that you could be doing whatever job you have while I am not having my precious 'hunting' time disturbed." She sighed, she wasn't truly busy. But she could be if she was in the mood. Her job was to feed the pack, and she was wasting time exploring. But she did need to know the best places for food. If she needed an argument. Gemini swung her head from side to side. It was obvious this was not one of them good hunting places. Mainly because animals tended to stay away from the rising waters. She looked the wolf up and down, looking for anything that she might need to know in case of attack. Like injuries or even just a small weakness, she sighed a bit bored with this. But sure enough he would answer her. If not she would either attack, taking it as he is an intruder or just leave.

Raymond droned the wolf out, staring out at the water and thinking of another she-wolf he had met. As he let his thoughts wander away from where they were he realized that she had finished speaking, what had she said? Her name was, Gemini? He shook his head, no emotions set upon his face as his green eyes shifted and stared directly at the fae. "You will do well to treat me with respect you foolish fae." He snapped the words out at her, sure the her previous sentences had been rude. He snarled quietly before straightening out and tempting to curl his tail over his back and put her in her place right then. "I am Lead Warrior Raymond, and you best not test why I was given that rank, for surely I will rip you to shreds if you want to know why I was given the rank..." His words were raspy and bitter, eyes narrowed but his face still held no emotions. I grow tired of fools who wander these lands... He kept his thoughts to himself and relaxed, knowing she could do no harm to him. He had been made a lead simply because he showed he could fight and take action with his instincts. He left his gaze drop from the she-wolf and to the waters that now lapped around his paws in a rage. He stood still though, the water didn't budge him and in fact felt nice especially since the summer sun was too hot to his liking. In truth, he could be off training himself but he just wanted to stand there in the water and be left alone. Then again, he had been the one to approach the she-wolf. He could easily just leave but his paws refused to move from his spot.

His mind may have wandered once more but her was very alert, his ears pricked forward to hear her speak yet he was thinking of the wolves he had met and the words of the Elite. Weaker wolves would become stronger, and stronger wolves could become weak. He ears flicked slightly and he sighed. Why was he still there? He had been told a long time ago that it was healthy to have a healthy relationship with an enemy. To hate each others and tolerate each others made them stronger. It clicked in his mind and he realized that he hated the ebony she-wolf that stood before him. In his mind he could see them being the healthy "Enemies." But then again, he didn't care for anyone or anything. His heart pounded at a steady beat, coursing through his body and veins. His green eyes were filled with hatred for the she-wolf. Not because she was better then him, which she wasn't, but because he simply disliked most others. He didn't look at her, his eyes staying on the water that was trying to make move and yet he didn't budge an inch. He licked his nose gently, he was very thirsty but he knew he shouldn't drink from this water since he didn't know if it were clean or could kill him. It was strange, he had emotions yet he was able to easily hide them. His mind could be filled with a thousand thoughts and he could easily kill the she-wolf before him. But his body was tense and he just listened. Letting deadly silence fill the air around them.

Gemini narrowed her eyes as he spoke, she wasn't a bit insulted. Although she had not yet had her chance to prove herself to the alpha since she was still new. She continued to watch him even when his tail curled over his spine and he straightened up. Her eyes narrowed when he spoke his rank. A grin crawled across her face, as his thoughts seemed to wander. Even when she continued to watch, he didn't know her at all, as she didn't know him. They just knew names, but she sensed there was tension between the two that couldn't be fixed now. Her dark fur was already heating up, and soon she found herself staring at the water as he was. She wanted to walk forward to get a drink as she did earlier, but the male, Raymond stood next to it. If he took her as a threat, or as if she were attacking then she would for sure be done. She just hoped in the future to get a better ranking. It was all possible, although she doubted it. She looked back to the male and gave a small dip of her head, "Is this the respect you were seeking? There..." she snarled before letting her rump come down once again as she sat.

Yes, she wasn't prepared in case he came at her. But she truly didn't care, like she once told a wolf. Warrior Pandora, everyone dies, there is no point in fighting it. But Gemini didn't remember where she learned it until she felt the heat of the sun on her back. It was her father, those were his dying words. Gemini curled her lip u and snarled at herself, she didn't look at the lead warrior as she did this. Careful not to trigger attack. But she looked at her paws now, she still could see the brute. Just less of a full picture, she could see his distance. In case he did leap forward to attack, she would at least see it coming. If she fought the lead warrior after she already was defeated, then she could end up as a lifeless body by the end of the day. But sure enough, the male stayed where he was. She lifted her head to look at him once more, she stood up and shook her fur. As if she could shake the heat off of her, her eyes shifted between the male and the water. But she just waited for him to get the hint, and maybe allow her over to the water.

Raymond stood still in the water, not even throwing a glance as the dark ebony she-wolf asked if her respect was good enough. He simply shrugged his shoulders, not really giving a damn about what the she-wolf did. In fact he was tempted to just break her neck but he restrained himself. He wasn't about to get in trouble for attacking his own pack mate for no reason. With everything that was happening to him lately, he figured it be best that he just keep his mouth shut and ignore the she-wolf until she possibly left. He threw a glance her way, his green eyes searching the area that they stood in. The water raged, but not as badly as the time he had been down deeper into raging waters. He breathed in and out slowly, looking down at his paws to watch the water try to shove the brute boulder that just stood there as if he owned the world. In a way, he felt as if he was second hand to owning the world, but not quite there yet. He was king of the demons, that was his choice since he could never be king of the angels after all he had done. He finally gave in to the urge for water and leaned his head down. His tongue flicked out and he drank heavily before straightening up and see the she-wolf look to him and the water. So she's scared of me eh? Good... He didn't chuckle nor did he smile, but an evil glint in his eyes warned her to be careful near him. He shook his head gently and slowly moved from the water and sat a good distance away from the she-wolf so she could also drink.

His demon green eyes stayed on the she-wolf, watching her every move. He was tense and always alert, or that's what he told himself. He would never turn his back on someone since he didn't feel like being attacked from behind. He knew the she-wolf probably felt the same way and so he watched her with the intent of scaring her. He didn't move since he knew he could easily scare her by tensing as if he were to attack and just let his green eyes follow her around. He was quite bored now, but he waited and watched her with caution. He licked his muzzle slowly, hunger raging in his stomach and he sighed gently. He had just woken up, so he was indeed hungry. He let his green eyes search the water for some fort of food but there was nothing. He took a deep breath and took a few steps forward towards the she-wolf of midnight. He felt as if he could somewhat trust her and so he decided she would hunt for him. An honor in a way if you thought about it. He was hungry and she was a hunter, time to test those mad hunting skills she held. He let loose a loud and evil sounding laugh before towering over her with a smirk upon his maw. It was the first time he held emotion on his face in a while. His green eyes stared directly at hers and he held his head high.

He growled happily as he looked down at the she-wolf, his demon green eyes catching her every movement. "Prove to me that you are a Hunter, find me something good to eat..." His eyes showed pleasure as he ran a plot through his mind. He would follow her hunting skills and make sure he wasn't seen while also hunting. He might as well share with his enemy. Besides, if she were smart then she would know that he could easily slip in a good word for her. But he was simply just hungry and wanted to taunt the ebony fae whom had made it to his fresh enemy list. His smirk grew into a grin and he felt pleased with taunting her. In reality, he was never truly happy and so a smirk or smile was usually fake or just for show. He felt like he could eat her if she denied him his wishes, then again, she could simply leave him and he would most likely wander away to find something eat. His tail hung loosely between his legs, his were rolled forward and he had a small smirk upon his face. He didn't like the she-wolf much and he was determined to make her hate him. That was how it was going to be and that was all he wanted. His green eyes met her eyes and he glared as he waited impatiently for a reply from the foolish fae.

Gemini narrowed her eyes as Raymond stepped to the side for Gemini to get a drink, but didn't hesitate to step forward not taking her eyes off of him. She lowered her head to the water and lapped it up, then turned to the male as an evil laugh came from him. As he towered over Gemini her lips pulled back showing her teeth as her body lowered and her tail curled under her body defensively. She was ready if he were to attack, but she calmed herself when he spoke. She did not like this male, but if she did well she knew she could get credit and he may speak to a higher rank about her. She still held a doubtful look on her face though. She let a growl escape her lips, this was one of the worst places to hunt. Prey didn't dare come near the angry waters, but if she was lucky she could easily corner an animal either at the rocks or at a curve in the water. She knew he just wanted to taunt her, but she mine as well give it a try.

She lifted her head in the air and breathed in the air around her. Soon enough she scented a doe in the wind, she looked at Raymond with a smug look before turning to follow the scent. The wind was blowing her way bringing the scent to her, making it much easier. Her eyes scanned the area looking for the normal brown fur of a deer. Soon enough she saw it, it was at a safe distance from the water yet it seemed to be at an area with less boulders to block its escape. Gemini wouldn't give up though, so she slowly lowered her body to the ground. Nothing but a small dark shadow slithering around on the ground. When she was close enough and positioned behind the closest boulder she slunk out and got closer, but the wind started to shift and the deer lifted its head curiously. Before it turned to see Gemini she went into a full speed chase. Before it got a chance to run she managed to go up onto its right side and bite its leg to slow it down and send it running closer to the water.

Her mind focused on one thing, slowing the deer down and catching up to its throat where she could finish it. She sped up again and managed to be running next to it so she launched herself at its shoulder and snapped her jaw tightly onto it. The deer tried to speed up but she closed her jaw even tighter as it tried to speed up and soon enough it slowed its speed. Gemini released the deer and followed as it managed to continue to try and run. She let a small chuckle escape her lips as she pushed forward and jumped in front of the doe. She made a quick leap at its throat latched on, soon enough it fell to the ground dead. She grumbled, if the wind didn't start to shift she would of got it quicker. She grabbed the throat and lifted started dragging it back to the Lead Warrior. When she saw him her eyes flashed angrily. This wasn't a hard kill to her, since she had killed a lot more and larger animals. She dropped the doe at his paws and stepped back. "Here you go." she silently added I hope you choke. Then stepped back and allowed the male to eat.

Raymond was going to follow her but he stopped in his tracks and instead went back to being distant. His green eyes searching the water and his ears perked forward so they could hear every single, tiny sound. He leaned his head down and plunged it under the water before pulling it out and shaking the water from his face. He pulled back and stayed very silent, lost within his thoughts. He sighed and moved away from the water and to a dry spot on the ground. He sat and then stretched into a laying position. He stretched his paws forward and plopped his head against them. His tail curled against his body and his eyes searched the area, just in case. He let a yawn escape his maw, teeth bared and tongue licking his nose as he did so. He licked his paws gently, his pink tongue touching scars. The sun stroked his pelt and he felt extremely hot and tired. He shook his pelt and licked his ebony nose very slowly. Peace and quiet... just what I wanted. He sighed and shook his head quickly. He enjoyed the quiet but not the peace. He breathed in and out, panting slightly as sitting still made him get even more hot. He stood quickly and shook his pelt, as if it would get rid of the hot sun.

He walked over to the water, paws sliding into the cool and he was pleased. He dropped and rolled in a very shallow part of the water before shaking the water free of his pelt and then sitting in the shade of part of the cave. His ears rolled forward as he heard the dragging of something. He stepped forward, back to his original position. The ebony she-wolf brought him back a fairly clean killed deer. He watched as she set it in front of him and surprise came across his face. He hadn't expected her to return whatsoever. He studied the kill quietly, nudging it with his nose and then his paw as if it were poisoned. He shifted ever so slightly, his stomach growled and without a word he tore into the deer. His teeth tore apart the flesh to get to the meat. His tail wagged once and then curled around his body. He stood in a defense stance while he tore at the meat and ate. He licked the blood from his muzzle a few times, enjoying the taste of the deer. He rolled his shoulders forward, head straining down to enjoy the food he was given. She was a pretty good hunter, clean kill, and was able to drag it to him without it getting it dirty. Good. At least she can provide for this pack. He took a deep breath in-between his bites.

He didn't eat all of it, not even half. There was plenty left over and he was finally satisfied, his hunger no longer bothering him. He licked his muzzle until it was clean and then he inched backwards in order to give the she-wolf room to eat as well if she wished. He picked his paw up that had some blood splattered on it and licked it clean. He tilted his head slightly and waited for her to speak. He didn't feel like talking and he kind of already hated her. He was bored with toying with her and if she had nothing to say then he would stare at her until she broke under the pressure. His demon green eyes pierced her as he waited patiently, no sign of a threat. No emotion, just annoyance as he waited for her to stress out or panic. Perhaps she would attack him and he would simply over power her.

(OOC- Bleh it's not my best xc My Raymond muse is low...)

When the male noticed what she brought she noticed a look of surprise spread across his face. She sighed when she realized that she could have just left, but she wanted to prove herself and that she wasn't a puny fae. She watched as he tore at the meat, a low grumble only loud enough for her to hear disrupted the sound of teeth clashing and the movement of air as he wagged his tail. The fae watched with a look of hatred on her face. She had brought him a meal and she didn't get a small thank you. She wouldn't be offended to much though, she still managed to surprise him and show she was not a weakling and had something to give to the pack. Her hunting skills would come in handy to the pack, and she knew it. Gemini waited for him to finish and lift his head once more, giving her a chance to eat. Her eyes looked to the food carefully before she stepped forward. Her muzzle opened and soon she was tearing at the meat also. The left overs would either be taken back to the pack or left for the crows and any other wolf to come with hunger striking their stomachs.

She felt the peering eyes and felt like snapping at him, but she stayed calm. Once she ate enough to fill her stomach she lifted her head and found that her yellow eyes met his green. Although she didn't look away or fall under the dominance of him, she peered right back at him. She just kept the stare going as she lowered her rump to the ground. Finally she sighed, it was no point in keeping the stare. He had all the right to tackle her and even kill her because she didn't submit. So she turned her head to look once more at the water. She was lucky to make the kill or even find this, although if she didn't she would have left. She looked back to him, this time not making direct eye contact and just watched him. She was bored, yet she still sat here with this wolf. Once more she stood and looked at the water, this time moving closer.

She looked at her reflection and thought of a good training technique for later. If she ever increased in rank, and became a mentor. She would torture them and break them until they felt like giving up. One thing to train them would be throwing a stick in the water and making them fetch. It would show the humility of being her slave and they would be forced to make it back to shore. She wouldn't save them, if they couldn't simply grab a stick and fight the water. They were not ready to be in Erenyx, her ears continued to focus on the brute behind her although her mind was focused on the future. A future that was surely not going to happen.

(not my best either, I think we are running out of idea's ^.^)
