With a lot kore ease than she thought she would, Pandora made it to basin just before sundown. The water was still warm from burning under the sun all day and as a slight breeze began to take hold, Pandora fell into the shallow pool. Reeds and wild plants tickled her belly and sides as the warming waters soothed her aching neck and shoulder. The pain was tolerable and it was only due to how stiff her neck had become since her battle with Braelyn. All for the Alpha's pleasure and for the hope of promotions for the females. Indeed, there was so much disgust for Teren and the pack of Eneryx that Pandora snorted loudly. Only with her nostril halfway submerged in the water an akward farting noise was made and the dark knight laughed.

The battles were over, finally she could rest. Pandora had stayed to watch every spar. The one between Chiara and Katyusha being her favorite and she found a deeper respect for healers after seeing two pinned against each other. Another battle that sparked her interest was that of two females at random to the warrior, but still she admired how dirty they fought and if she recalled properly one had its ribs broken. It made Pandora seem like a whimp for lying her aching neck into warm waters. Who was she to explain why she let Braelyn win? Even still, Braelyn had excellent form and good taste when it came to her movements and placement of attacks. Pandora admired how fast the hunter could strike and that was with years of killing prey to feed a colony of wolves. Braelyn was faster on her feet than the heavy warrior and even if Pandora had truly fought back, somewheee deep inside the warrior knew the hunter still would have won.

Pandora smiled as she rubbed her back into the muck beneath her, her body writhing in the clay as she let her ears fall beneath the water. Belly to the sky she sighed heavily, momentarily obstructing her sense to hear, and thought about how she didnt beling her. All those years of killing others what good was it to her now that eveyone here was a killer. Was Eneryx really the place for her kind? Had anyone ever left Eneryx and survived to tell the tale? Pandora closed her eyes and let her legs fall limp, curling in towards her belly. One last thought crossed her mind, what would happen if an Eneryx wolf went to Helidos, what would Teren do? Pandora shuddered at her thoughts but if anything she knew she couldnt waste another minute of her life trying to compete with the others here. No longer would she subject herself to the terms and conditions of such monsters. Pandora refused to give up her search for home and this wasnt it. The warrior rolled on to her belly, water made a trail above and over her.

The obsidian fae padded through the territory, trotting alongside the water. She stood close enough that she felt the damp, soaked ground beneath her paws, but her weight was not enough to send her plunging into the marsh. Nose tilting up towards the sky, she slowly inhaled and exhaled, though as she dragged in a breath it stopped quickly and jaggedly. The pulsating pain her her front and sides prevented her from breathing as she normally would have, before the spar. Even so, she held her head higher and kept each breath calculated and even. She showed no weakness or pain, she had proven victorious over the she-wolf named Tundra. Eyes squinting at the bright flash of the largest star in the sky, she watched as it rapidly descended from its perch in thin air. She halted for a moment, eying the darkening sky. Sundown was approaching, when the sky would burst into an array of pinks, blues and yellows, covering all in its light. After a few long moments of staring at the sky, she flicked her ear, turning and continuing on, paws quietly thudding on the soil, like the audible, but soft pitter patter of small drips of rain from the leaves of the trees, after a shower.

Purposefully striding forward, Ariste allowed her mind to wander, idle mind wandering to the events of the spar, the whole encounter playing out in her mind.  Tundra had fought well, she couldn't deny, which pushed Ariste to train harder. She would leap back into training, not wait until she was fully healed, but adequately enough that she would not simply harm herself further and delay her activity even more. But she refused to go to a Healers den, there was nothing life-threatening about her injuries, so why would she? Shifting into a lope, she jogged along the bank of the water, panting lightly. suddenly her mind was alerted to a noise, the sound of another wolf. Gaze sweeping over the ground, her hackles raised, awareness and defensiveness heightened. After a moment of stillness, she picked up the strong scent in the air, turning and stalking towards it, staying on land. After only a few minutes walk, a blob could be viewed in the distance - quickly reshaping into a sillhouette, then a wolf, female at that. She had subconsciously noticed her at the gathering when all the females were called, but payed no special attention to her. She had lost her spar, Ariste had observed. And now she was out here soaking her minor, petty injuries. A weakling, she had fallen, simply given up even if she had had a chance.  Orbs narrowing, the corner of her lips curled up slightly for a ghost of a second, before dropping. Resuming, she advanced on the vix, hackles raised to stand on end.  "Who are you." She didn't speak it as a question, as much, nor a command. Just a blank and unbiased sentence, demanding answer but not expecting it. She didn't have the official authority to boss other Warriors around, she knew, but this girl was weak, and didn't try in her eyes. Her voice was deep and smooth as it always was, but undercurrents of danger ran through her words like electricity.

(sorry for the wait and quality, I didn't think I should leave you waiting any longer.)
